LumiTrace Terms of Use
By using LumiTrace you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; if these terms conflict with it, the Apple EULA wins for App Store users.
The app
LumiTrace lets you trace pictures with your camera or as a lightbox, turn photos into line art on your device, and record timelapses. Core tracing is free and unlimited.
LumiTrace Pro
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro on your store account. No renewals.
- Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account when you confirm. It renews automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Pro currently includes the full sample library, timelapses without watermark and advanced line-art styles. Where AI line art is available: Lifetime includes a one-time bonus of 20 AI line-art generations that does not refill; Yearly includes 8 AI line-art generations per calendar month, and unused ones don't roll over. Free users get 3 AI tries. Daily limits apply to prevent abuse (currently 10 per day for Lifetime and 8 per day for Yearly). Failed generations are not counted. AI generations have no cash value and can't be transferred. The free offline line-art converter is always unlimited.
- Use Restore purchases to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, drawings and videos you make. Only trace images you have the right to use; respect copyright and trademarks. The built-in sample drawings are original to LumiTrace and you may trace and share your drawings of them, including commercially, but you may not redistribute the sample files themselves.
AI features
- Don't request content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, hateful, harassing, violent, infringes others' rights, or depicts real people without consent. Requests may be refused automatically.
- AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use it.
- We may limit or suspend AI access to prevent abuse.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services, or try to bypass purchases or limits.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date will change and important updates will be shown in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live, and you can always bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.
